About the client: The client is a new strategic management agency working with athletes and brands. They have already invested in Office 365, Gusto, HubSpot, and for the time being, QuickBooks Online. To provide reliable and scalable services to stakeholders, the client has asked Pivotal to assist with requirements gathering and system selection to accommodate the agency's needs.
About the role: The Business Analyst will gather and analyze requirements first for the most pressing needs for the client: Accounting, CRM, Talent Management, and Contract Management.
What you will do:
Gather, document & validate needs
Assess current systems & processes
DELIVERABLE: Current State: document schedule, demos & validate functionality, needs, system capabilities & cost analysis
DELIVERABLE: Recommendations Document
DELIVERABLE: Technology Roadmap Project Management (ability to drive the effort quickly and efficiently)

CRM experience with HubSpot very desirable
