About the role:  
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Modern Workplace Architect to work with our growing Cloud Solutions team. As a Microsoft Modern Workplace Architect, you will work with and educate our clients about our service offerings to transform their Workplace Experience through M365 technology. As a Microsoft Modern Workplace Architect, you will lead client discussions and project efforts that will drive technical requirements for workshops, and compelling proposals and statements of work. You will be responsible for leading client meetings to elicit requirements and provide architecture and development of complex Modern Workplace planning to drive client transformation.  

 

What you will do: 

  • Demonstrate extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions across key areas, such as technology consulting, technology strategy, cloud platforms, application development, enterprise infrastructure and networking, data and security, and DevOps  

  • Provide expertise surrounding emerging architectural patterns and applying them to business problems to drive technical solutions 

  • Display expertise in client engagement and the ability to build consensus by modeling technical solutions, documenting trade-off analysis and presenting in diverse group settings  

  • Lead client conversations to define, implement, and execute processes to design and build modern cloud-native solutions in alignment with the client’s architectural tenets  

  • Lead complex large scale Modern Workplace Platform Modernization transformation projects for our clients and mentor internal talent 

 

What makes you a good fit: 

  • 8+ years of experience in business technology transformation, solution shaping, estimation, delivery leadership and consulting 

  • Expert level of knowledge and a high degree of creativity about how to use Microsoft and other technologies to deliver business value 

  • Extensive experience leading M365 transformation programs including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint 

  • Modern Endpoint Management with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) (Intune and SCCM) 

  • Experience and understanding of workplace security with Microsoft EMS E5 suite 

  • Azure Advanced Threat Protection 

  • Azure Information Protection 

  • Intune/SCCM 

  • Cloud App Security 

  • Azure Active Directory 

  • Advanced Threat Analytics 

  • Experience with global Microsoft Teams enterprise rollouts 

  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and data protection best practices 

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

  • Experience delivering solutions for client organizations through complex solutions / projects with heavy client interaction 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

Compensation, Diversity and Benefit Information:
The pay range for this position in Washington is $50 - $90/hr.; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
