The impact you will have: As a relationship driven and customer focused professional, you will help us continue providing our clients with the quality of work that they have come to know us by. About the role: We are helping our client with a massive ERP implementation project and are looking for an experienced Program/Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual with excellent communication and cross-functional management abilities, who strives to learn and dig into the core business/operational questions that exist.
Estimated start date: ASAP Estimated duration: 18 months Hours per week: 45 Location: Onsite 3 days per week in the greater Bellevue area
What you will do:
Reflect a high level of program management skills in working with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical staff to deliver effectively against commitments that fulfill high priority business objectives
Define project structure and governance, manage scope, create and manage schedules, identify issues and risks, drive mitigation plans, and clearly communicate program status to stakeholders
Drive high levels of schedule and budget accountability throughout program teams
Assist other Program and Project Managers with high-level training and directional assistance
Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle
What makes you a good fit:
7+ years working experience as a program/project manager preferably in Pharmaceutical/BioTech manufacturing and commercial business processes
Expertise in cloud computing concepts and execution, IT solutions end-to-end service delivery and full project life cycle (requirements, scoping, managing and delivering)
Familiarity with Computer Systems Validation (FDA/GxP), Class III Medical Devices, and Information Technology for Manufacturing and Commercial Operations
Demonstrated success with global ERP program delivery and deployment, SAP preferred
Experience with project metrics, including data gathering, trend analysis, creation and metrics reporting
Well-versed in Agile/Scrum development methodology
Experience in business systems analysis and support in multiple industries or functional areas
Ability to anticipate client needs and identify and implement short and long-term solutions
A champion of problem solving, active listening, partnering and improvising
Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, MPM and/or Six Sigma
Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience
