The impact you will have:

As a relationship driven and customer focused professional, you will help us continue providing our clients with the quality of work that they have come to know us by.

Our Operations Lead will work closely with our management team to define, prioritize, and achieve strategic internal project objectives. You will be responsible for standardizing and optimizing our business processes, aligning department goals with enterprise goals, and spearheading critical business-technology initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Oversee operational procedures and processes mapping to financial, time-tracking, resource reporting, and CRM technology systems for efficiency and sustained growth.

  • Provide accounting / finance support such as payroll and financial reporting.

  • Translates business priorities into operational tactics that direct the business to achieve financial and strategic goals.

  • Participate in the development of goals and objectives relative to operations for Pivotal.

  • Manage and facilitate the client and project lifecycle process (engagement setup, closeout, archives, case studies).

  • Responsible for internal relationship management and flow, including tools and processes.

  • Assist in building and/or maintaining the internal team including finance and administration.

  • Provide cost-effective world class administrative and operations shared services.

  • Determine needs and requests budget for marketing activities and campaigns.

  • Attend weekly meetings with Managing Director and Leadership to ensure that their needs are met, and to facilitate ongoing strategy and continuous improvement of operations.

  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to assist with employee/consultant onboarding.


What makes you a good fit:

  • 7+ years relevant experience, including 4+ years of experience in a consulting / project-based services environment.

  • Strong knowledge of operations, administrative functions, accounting, finance, and billing.

  • Ability to drive the definition, coordination and adoption of operations processes and tools.

  • Ability to manage budgets and financials.

  • Experience collaborating with leadership to define vision for future growth, set revenue targets and work with leaders to meet targets.

  • You are team-oriented by nature, a motivator who seeks ways to improve employee performance, increase retention, and enjoys driving employee training.

  • Excellent track record of internal client/customer satisfaction through effective and tactful communication across all levels of the organization.

  • Proven negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills.
