The impact you will have:
As a relationship driven and customer focused professional, you will help us continue providing our clients with the quality of work that they have come to know us by.
Our M365 Solutions Consultants collaborate with other Pivotalites on the assessment, design, development, and migration of key cloud initiatives using the M365 solutions and business automation suite supporting a broad range of clients across multiple industries.
Participate in migrations, deployments & configurations of SharePoint Online, Teams, Groups, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 apps.
Gather and analyze customer requirements.
Upgrade legacy forms and workflows to their modern counterparts, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Lists and Forms.
Build and secure Microsoft 365 architecture and navigation, including Hub Sites, Communication Sites, and Teams.
Produce thoughtful and organized documentation regarding client environment and solutions.
What makes you a good fit:
Consulting experience required – the more companies or clients you’ve supported, the better!
A combination of experience with as much of the following is a bonus, but not all are required:
SharePoint Online & SP Server
SP Designer workflows & Power Automate
MS Teams, MS 365 Groups, OneDrive
InfoPath, Power Apps, Forms & Lists
Hands-on experience with InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer workflows, as they relate to upgrading to the Power Platform, MS Forms and Lists highly desired.
Knowledge of M365 administration such as user management and licensing.
Experience gathering and translating technical and functional requirements; ability to communicate clearly with development, technical, and non-technical project & team members.
Strong understanding of Agile project management approach, tools, and project lifecycle.
Ability to multi-task efficiently between multiple work streams, adapt and remain focused.
Ability to quickly research, absorb and master new information in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points: experience or certifications in security, data governance and compliance.
