The impact you will have:
As a relationship driven and customer focused professional, you will help us continue providing our clients with the quality of work that they have come to know us by.

Our Management Consultants are responsible for leading strategy and execution of high-impact, mid to large scale, cross-enterprise programs, initiatives, and projects. You will bring both project and thought leadership to engagements.
 

What you will do:

  • Prepare strategic roadmaps for functional areas and provide expertise in the following areas: strategy, business case development, scope definition, planning, budgeting, issues/risks tracking & management, project status reporting, release definition, change management & business readiness enablement.

  • Act as a bridge, facilitating meetings with senior management and executive leadership.

  • Work closely with clients, deploying excellent and effective communication skills to translate their voice to actionable information, manage client expectations, and anticipate client needs.

  • Scope out complex projects based on business requirements and achievable benefits, to create a detailed execution strategy, to lead high impact projects to completion on-time and on-budget. 


What makes you a good fit:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Management Consultant having led multiple enterprise projects. 

  • Experience assessing, evaluating, implementing, integrating, or migrating on-prem enterprise applications such as an ERP, CRM, HRIS, or COTS to any cloud platform.

  • You bring one of the following certs: PMP/PMI, CSM, MPM, Six Sigma, ProSci, or Changefirst

  • Exceptional presentation, written and oral communication skills.

  • A growth-minded attitude and an insatiable desire to learn.
