What we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Accounts Payable (AP) Processing Upgrade Workstream as part of a broader LIMS implementation. This role is ideal for a project management professional with a strong background in technology delivery, process optimization, and stakeholder management—especially within public-sector or regulated environments.
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and governance to ensure successful integration of AP processes into the LIMS platform.
What you will do:
Lead the AP Processing upgrade project within the larger StarLIMS implementation.
Establish and manage project structure, governance, scheduling, and risk tracking.
Drive alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams.
Deliver clear and consistent reporting on project progress, milestones, and risks.
Ensure compliance with all organizational and public-sector standards
Strong familiarity with Accounts Payable systems, workflows, or integrations.
Experience working with government or public-sector clients.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
Preferred: Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), including StarLIMS or similar platforms.

Compensation, Diversity and Benefit Information: The pay range for this position in Washington is $50-$60/hr. W2 plus benefits; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
