As a relationship driven and customer focused professional, you will help us continue providing our clients with the quality of work that they have come to know us by.  

 
Our M365 Power Platform Solutions Consultants are responsible for the design, development, and testing of Power Apps and Power Automate flows, as well as creating solution documentation for both the business and technical audience. Your experience with the entire M365 suite will help guide the customer toward the appropriate tools and approach.

What you'll do:
  • Provide thought leadership on client projects, always guiding towards best practices, including knowing when to push for streamlined processes before automating.
  • Translate customer business requirements into designs and solutions.
  • Architect, design, develop, and test Power Platform solutions.  
  • Update legacy forms and workflows to their modern, cloud-based counterparts, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Forms and Lists.
  • Troubleshoot and refine existing flows and apps.
  • Guide clients through the security, compliance, and monitoring of the Power Platform.
  • Create and demonstrate proof of concepts.
  • Assist with internal automation.
  • Participate in sales calls and scoping.   
  • Stay up to date with technology changes regarding M365 services and licensing.
  • Work independently to handle complex problems.
  • Pursue certifications and other forms of knowledge validation.
What makes you a good fit:
  • 5+ years of experience within the professional services or consulting industry. Consulting experience required – the more companies or clients you’ve supported, the better!
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building and troubleshooting complex Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
  • Familiar with InfoPath and SharePoint Designer workflow capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of M365 products including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
  • Fluent and current on M365 services, automation, and collaboration trends.
  • Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members.

Compensation, Diversity and Benefit Information:
The pay range for this position in Washington is $50 - $90/hr.; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
